My mat-based pilates classes are for everyone!

We will work the entire body through a series of repetitive exercises, helping to improve your strength, coordination and mobility.

  • If you’re a complete beginner, great! We’ll start with the basics and layer from there.

  • If you’re working with injuries there are plenty of adaptations.

  • If you’re looking to build on your existing expertise then there are lots of progressions and equipment for us to use.
